About Us

Many, many images are floating around everywhere we look. Landscapes, diagrams, technology still life paintings, drawings, vecter graphics, genre art, and other types of scenery.

But the most important types of images are those containing real people.

At Facesource we are attempting to understand why there are so many images on the Internet. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, MySpace, Flickr, Photobucket, Imgur, ImageShack, TinyPic, SmugMug, Shutterfly, and many other mega companies collect thousands of streaming pictures every single day. We aim to investigate why on earth there are so many faces around the world.
